SUGGESTED USAGE
Let go of all your worries, stress and tension with some soothing comfort by mixing yourself a No Worry Blend that is also very good for insomnia; just mix together 4 drops of Lavender essential oil, a drop of Benzoin essential oil, a drop of Sandalwood essential oil, and 2 to 4 drops of Orange (Tangerine or Clementine) to put on your diffuser (but make sure that it is not a nebulizing-type diffuser since Benzoin is quite thick).
Add a drop of Sandalwood essential oil per log, letting the log sit for an enough amount of time so that the essential oil soaks through the log, and place only one log per fire. If you want to ease those pesky coughs as well as bouts of bronchitis, laryngitis, and other throat conditions, just add 6 drops of Sandalwood essential oil into a bowl of water, follow by making a compress by wetting a washcloth in this water mixture, squeezing out some of the water and apply to the thraot or head for about 15 minutes; repeat if necessary.
Whenever you are feeling stressed or irritated, you can mix together and dilute 8 drops of Sandalwood essential oil, 8 drops of Rose essential oil, and 8 dops of Lavender essential oil into a bathtub filled of nice hot water to soak in.
