Walnut Oil is a much sought after rarity. The walnut is extremely rich in oil (50-60%) which, when freshly pressed, is a delicacy in itself. Walnut Oil contains one of the rare essential fatty acids (omega-3) in fair amounts (12%), making it nutritionally very valuable.
Flora Walnut Oil contains: 58% polyunsaturated Linoleic acid (omega-6), 12% polyunsaturated Alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), 22% monounsaturated Oleic acid (omega-9), 8% saturated fatty acids.

These oils are then bottled in non-reactive dark brown glass bottles to prevent deterioration from light, and are stamped for freshness. As an additional protective measure, we use a nitrogen flush to ensure oxidation cannot occur, and that top quality is maintained.
