Arthritis Pain Relief Patch are air-activated heat pain relievers which deliver immediate therapeutic pain relief due to arthritis, muscular and joint aches, etc. Heat patches provide relief in 15 minutes or less. SUGGESTED USAGE
1) When ready touse, tear open pack.
2) Peel off adhesive backing.
3) Attach inside fitted shirt in the desired area of discomfort with adhesive side to clothing.Heat patches may be attached to your clothing in a variety of aras for use on your neck, shoulder, back & abdomen- Each patch will last up to 6 hours
- Do not exceed 8 hours of usage within any 24hr period
- Do not combine heat patches
- Dispose of the heat patches immediately after use.
DO NOT USE:- Combined with pain rubs, medicated lotions, creams, ointments, electrical heating units
- On infants or children under 18
- On bruised or swollen skin that has occurred within 48 hours
- On broken or damaged skin
- On people suspected of circulation problems or rheumatoid arthritis, unless under the 'direct supervision of a physician"
- If you are pregnant
- If you are bedridden, or prone to skin ulcers
- On parts of the body that cannot feel heat
- If package is broken, unsealed, or tampered with
- 1 hour prior to bathing and/or 30 minutes after
- On face-including eyes, mouth or head
- When bandaged too tightly
- When leaning or sitting on heating cells. Excessive weight may cause cells to rupture or leak
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR:If pain continues or lasts beyond 7 days, this could be a sign of a serious condition.- A rash, excessive redness or swelling occurs
- Condition worsens
ASK A DOCTOR BEFORE USE:- You are pregnant or breast-feeding, have diabetes, poor blood circulation, rheumatoid arthritis, redness over affected area, and heart disease.
WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT:- Use only as directed
- Do not bandage tightly
- Do not expose treated area to other heat or direct sunglight
- If severe burning sensation occurs, discontinue use
- There will be "some" redness after removing heat patch until redness is completely gone
- Stop using heat patch if it feels too hot or uncomfortable
Ingestion Warning: Heating patches contain iron which can be harmful if ingested. If swallowed, rinse mouth, and contact the Poision Control Center immediately.
