SUGGESTED USAGE
It is best to start with one capsule on thefirst day, and build up to four capsules a day (stopping at 2 or 3 capsules for a few days, before reaching 4 capsules a day). Take with a full glass of water or juice, preferably in the morning. For internal cleansing, add two teaspoons to 16 oz. of water.
