SUGGESTED USAGE
For maximum effectiveness begin treatment at first sign of cold, within 24-48 hours of onset.
Adults: Completely dissolve lozenge in mouth. Do not chew as this reduces absorption of active ingredient. Repeat every 2 to 4 hours as needed. Recommended daily dose is 6 lozenges.
Children: Older children (12-17)-- Recommended daily dose is 4 lozenges.
Childen under 12--Consult a health professional prior to use.
To avoid minor upset, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices 1/2 hour before and after dissolving lozenge, as this will negate the effect of zinc. Otherwise drink plenty of fluids.
