SUGGESTED USAGE
Creamy Vanilla-Berry Chiller
Serving: 16 oz.
1 oz. Monin Vanilla
1 oz. Monin Raspberry
1 oz. Monin Hazelnut
2 oz. Milk
2 Cups of Ice
1 oz. Espresso
2 oz. Whipped Cream
Pour syrups, milk and espresso into a blender. Add ice, and blend on low for 30 seconds or until creamy smooth. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle raspberry syrup over whipped cream.
Madagascar Cappuccino
Serving: 8 - 10 oz.
1 oz. Monin Vanilla
1 oz. Espresso
6 oz. Frothed Milk
Pour syrup and espresso into a pre-heated cup. Top with a thick crown of frothed milk.
French Vanilla Toast
Serving: 2 - 4
4 Large Brown Eggs
4 oz. Monin Vanilla
1 oz. Milk
4 Tablespoons Butter
4 Large Slices French Bread
Powdered Sugar
Cinnamon
Fresh Sliced Strawberries
Preheat pan on medium heat. In a large mixing bowl, gently scramble the eggs with 2 oz. of vanilla syrup and the milk. Add butter to pan allowing it to coat entire surface. Dip bread into egg mixture and then lightly fry in pan until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately with a light dusting of sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle vanilla syrup on top. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
Chocolate and Vanilla Martini
Serving: 4 oz.
2 oz. Premium Vodka
3/4 oz. Monin Vanilla
1/4 oz. Monin Swiss Chocolate
1/2 oz. Light Cream
Powdered Chocolate
Chilled Cocktail Glass
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add vodka, vanilla syrup and half of the chocolate syrup. Shake well. Rim cocktail glass with chocolate powder. Strain drink into glass and gently pour the rest of the chocolate down the side of the glass so that it rests on the bottom. Float cream on top and serve.
