SUGGESTED USAGE
Adults take three capsules one to four times daily on an empty stomach before exercise or bedtime, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Start with about 25% of your target quantity and increase gradually over a period of a few days to minimize the occurrence of minor side effects such as nausea.

If you are diabetic, have high blood pressure, or have been diagnosed with cancer consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product.
