After your digestive system has adjusted to this fiber, try to use Enhanced Fiber Food Powder before most meals, especially heavy meals (more than 500 calories).
Note
If your diet is low in fiber, please begin by taking only half the normal dose [4 grams (1/2 scoop)] instead of 8 grams. To avoid impeding absorption, it is suggested that medications and oil-soluble supplements be taken one hour before, or four hours after using Enhanced Fiber Food Powder. Do not take fiber supplements with oil-based products such as CLA, perilla oil, fish oil, GLA, or CoQ10.
