GrapreFruit Essential Oil Organic - 1/3 oz , (Frontier)
Known as the forbidden fruit of Barbados even though its origins are uncertain, the Grapefruit is a cross between a pummelo and an orange (some might even say that this fruit is an improved version of the pummelo). Even though Grapefruit can be a sour fruit, it is known for sweet, tangy citrus aroma that is highly appreciated by everybody, including children.
Giving out this refreshing scent that can be both invigorating and uplifting, Grapefruit Essential Oil is used for treating muscles aches, fatigue, anxiety, oily skin, chills, hair growth, depression, headaches, viral infections, cellulite, obesity, and water retention.
This essential oil is also used for the gall bladder as well as an astringent, a digestive aid, a facial toner, and a lymphatic stimulant in addition to being employed to induce euphoria and increase circulation.
SUGGESTED USAGE
Just add 4 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil in a burner, vaporizer or diffuser to treat your headaches, fatigue or anxiety or you can add 4 to 6 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil in an electric diffuser and run this diffuser for 15 to 20 minutes 2 to 3 times a day.
Add 4 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil, 3 drops of Orange Bergamot Essential Oil, and 3 drops of Tangerine Essential Oil in a diffuser for a cheering diffuser. Mix together 18 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil and an ounce of water in a mister for a refreshing mist or add 12 to 15 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil to an ounce of unscented lotion or carrier oil (such as Almond, Olive or Grapeseed Oil) to massage into your achy muscles.
Grapefruit Essential Oil may irritate your skin so you must dilute this oil properly due to its high concentration. You should avoid using this essential oil if you are pregnant, suffer from any medical condition, and/or taking any medication.
