It is good for depression and weak hearts. It is also employed as a sexual stimulant as well as for typhoid, vaginitis, infections, flu, exhaustion and circulation. High in antioxidant activity, Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil possess antimicrobial properties that can help in perserving certain foods.
SUGGESTED USAGE
For a stubborn case of toenail fungus blend 12 drops carrier oil (like Jojoba, Olive, Grapeseed or Almond Oil), 2 drops Thyme Essential Oil, 1 drop Oregano Essential Oil, and 1 drop Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil and apply to the infected areas twice a day for 14 days.
You can dilute a drop of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil in 2 teaspoons of honey or in a 8-ounce beverage, but you may need to dilute this oil more because of its potential to irritate the mucus membranes.
You can add a drop or two of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil in a burner, diffuser, or vaporizer but you should diffuse with caution since this oil is known to irritate the nasal membranes if it is inhaled directly from a diffuser.
Must dilute this oil properly before using. High doses of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil can cause convulsions and should be avoided by pregnant women because this oil can cause bleeding. Keep this and other essential oils out of the reach of children and pets.
