You can use Atlas Cedarwood Essential Oil as a room freshener, a massage oil to release any muscular tension, and add a drop or two in your favorite shampoo. Essentially for aromatherapy use, you have to carefully dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil like jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil for other uses.
