To be honest Lypo 6 is really good, but you must exercise too. There is not a substitution for losing weight without hard work; the only way diet and cutting back on your food intake. Lypo does decrease the appetite and you can feel it working when you take it but, like I mentioned you still will have to exercise....and reduce your caloric intake. It may also work better for an individual who have never taken any type of supplement but, I have tried them all and I am kind of petite and use to the effects of diet products. I would not recommend for people who are sensitive to stimulants. I weigh about 130.

Regarding, the review where this girl got extremely sick... I have a theory, this girl was 109 pounds and although I dont question her fitness level, a very good stimulant pill like this will just be bad for you if you dont have that much corporal mass and/or you cant even deal with a cup of coffee.
Second, regarding the review that says this is a "miracle pill" (he lost 7 pounds in one day)... I was sooo skeptical about this, until I weighted myself the day after my first dosis, I lost 3 pounds... I couldnt believe it I was just staring at the scale (which I use regularly), I've even checked if the scale was calibrated and everything. And it was true, and shocking, I just lost 3 pounds in one day.
Third, I've been using this for 3 days now, but let me say that I was working out a lot more since January (new years resolution...) I am doing 30 to 45 min of cardio a day and weightlifting 4 to 5 days a week... It is right, this is not a miracle pill if you are eating junk in front of the TV, you have to give it a "push" to release its full potential.

First of all, don't take these pills if you are already at a healthy weight. When you purchase these products, you are to follow the directions completely. 6 pills a day is not even recommended, and you are to start out slowly, taking one pill a day to let your body adjust to it. In other words, if you don't need them and then take them anyway, and then take them irresponsibly, you will become sick.
Now, as stated on the bottle, I started out with one pill a day. As I am only 5'1 and 115 pounds, I found that I did not need more than 2 a day to work for me. They give you a lot of energy and if you use them in conjunction with regular exercise, they actually work. Your appetite is suppressed and you feel like getting up to do more. My goal of weight loss was not a lot. I wanted to loose 10 pounds that were being stubborn, and then to maintain it. I lost the weight in a resonable amount of time, and had no problems as far as being sick or heart palpitations. Your body will help you to find the right dose, as like myself, some people can't handle 4 pills a day. Just take it slow like the instructions advise,build your way up, and keep up your exercise!

I have also taken the Fat Burner Xenedrine. I stopped that because of all of the negative side effects. I started taking this one in January. It didn't have all of the side effects like Xenadrine, but after taking it for a few months it didn't seem effective any more. I workout 4 days at least during the week and even then, the pounds weren't coming off. I even incorporated a diet plan. I wouldn't recommend this product if you are trying to loose more than 5 pounds.
