This did work, but not to the extent they say. I did not loose anywhere near 10 pounds. I lost 3 pounds.

I started this with a friend who was to be married in three days. Her dress was a little tight on her. She wanted a quick fix, and a colleague suggested this diet. Apparently her daughter was trying to get into the military and had to shed a few pounds. Well, my friend wanted a motivational partner (or a sucker), so I went on it with her even though my dress fit. By the wedding day, I had lost 6 pounds and had even cheated on a few occasions(rehearsal dinner). My friend had lost about the same she even had seconds at the rehearsal! She looked beautiful in her dress. Personally, I received so many compliments on how good I looked it was a great. The juice is not so bad. I had the orange bottle, it tastes like a pineapple/banana/orange mix and wasn't bad at all to drink. My friend had the purple, and it tasted a little like prune juice, but still not bad.
You do feel hungry, but you never get those hunger pains which is a plus. In twothree days it is over and you are good to go!

This product is horrible. I followed the directions to the letter, and I couldn't make it more than two days. I got the worst headaches and didn't lose any weight. This may have been coincidence, but both times I used it (I did one day, waited a few weeks and then did the other day), it seemed to make my immunity went down because I got some kind of illness. It wasn't worth the money to feel like crap, get sick, and still be fat.

Honestly I was skeptical at first, but after the two days I had lost 9 pounds and still felt good. I've fasted before on just regular juice but because of all the sugar, I didn't do as good. This product has a multitude of good things for your body, so while you are fasting, you're still getting nutrients. Of course, I take a multivitamin at all times whether I'm fasting or not.

I have been on the diet for 2 days now. I don't feel as bloated, but I have not weighed myself yet. I do feel hungry a lot, but I just try to stay focused.

This product doesn't really do anything but make you hungry. So you lose 5-10 lbs in two days, but the amount of food you eat the next day or two you will gain it right back. It's only water weight you're losing, not fat, therefore it comes right back in about a week or so. Don't waste your money like I did!!!
