SUGGESTED USAGE
Coconut Foot Creme: apply liberally to rough and callused skin of the feet before retiring and cover with cotton socks.
Orange Essence Facial Cleanser: massage creme gently into skin and rinse with warm water. Pat dry. Keep away from eye area.
Citrus Facial Scrub: after cleansing your face, mix a small amount of Citrus Facial Scrub with a drop or two of water. Gently massage the scrub in a circular motion over forehead, cheeks, nose and chin (avoid the delicate eye area). Rinse and follow with toner, then moisturize.
Avocado Butter Hair Treatment: wet hair completely. Massage Avocado Butter into the hair and work it through to the ends. Leave the butter in place while you shower (longer if you have time). Shampoo as usual. Use daily or weekly as needed
Hand Salve: apply to hands before and after gardening and other outdoor activities. Also excellent as an all-over body moisturizer. Simply apply to damp skin after bath or shower.
Carrot Day Creme: after cleaning the skin, apply Carrot Nutritive Day Creme to face and throat in gentle circular motions with your finger tips. Great under make-up or use as a natural finishing moisturizer.
Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme: massage into and around nails nightly.
Pore-Refining Mask: add enough water* (*or substitute carrot juice for mature skin x 1/wk, tomato juice for troubled skin x 2/wk, or grapefruit juice for oily skin x 2/wk) to contents of packet to create a thin paste. Apply to face, avoiding the eye area, and rinse off with warm water after 15 minutes. Patch test before using.
Vitamin E Body & Bath Oil: apply oil directly to damp skin after shower or add 2 tablespoons to a warm bath
Milk & Honey Body Lotion: apply all over your body as often as desired. Gentle enough for facial skin too!

I would give this six stars if I could. I expect a lot when it comes to cosmetics, and I absolutely love this kit. My skin is very sensitive and I am allergic to almost every product. I can't stop using Burt's Bees products; they are very addictive. I love the lip balm and the carrot day creme (my skin is glowing after 1 day of using it). I always have some pimples before my periodafter using carrot crme, they started to heal very fast!!! I love the hair avocado creme, hand creme, citrus face wash and scrub. Everything smells so good and feels so good too. I think I found my favorite line of cosmetics.

I was interested to try all of the products. However, I wish there had been a way to specify what type of skin I have - the facial products in my assortment were all for normal to dry, where my skin is normal to oily. It would have been nice to have a product information sheet, too, to explain how to use the facial scrub (mix with water to form a paste) and to warm up the hand salve and cuticle cream before applying (both are fabulous!). The carrot day cream and body lotion have absolutely horrendous fragrances and tints, but they're the only part of the set that I just had to chuck.

I have to give it five stars since it offers such a great opportunity to try ten different new things at the same time. Don't expect you would like every piece in this kit, but I am sure you will love some of them so much and you will go ahead to buy the regular size. Among them, I like the Garden Tomato Toner, the Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme and the Milk & Honey Body Lotion best. If you have never tried any Burt's Bee before, this is a highly recommended start.

This was a great introduction to the Burt's Bees line. While not all of the products were for me necessarily, I did enjoy most of them. This was a really affordable way to try and see which products I like. The Rosemary Shampoo Bar and the Peppermint Shower Bar were my favorites!!!

This deal gives you a lot of product for the price (I got 11 samples). But, I was hoping to try the facial cleanser, and that wasn't in my package. When buying this product, you take the risk that any of the samples advertised might not be included...as is stated in the product description. If you are just buying it to try out a particular product, I wouldn't recommend it, because you might not get the one you wanted. But, if you like Burt's other products or just want to try them for the first time and aren't particular about which ones you get, it's a great deal.

I am SOLD! Burts Bees has some of the greatest skin care products on the market. I have extremely sensitive facial skin and suffer from breakouts often, but with these products I was relieved! Everything smells great and your skin feels great afterwards. Once you try to lip balm, you'll never buy any other brand. Once you buy the starter kit, you'll be looking for the other products because you'll be hooked!

I am allergic to almost everything. I can't use deodorant, shampoo makes my head itch, perfume breaks me out...and it's all due to one ingredient called 'propylene glycol'. If you look on the back of almost any cosmetic it's there and I'm allergic to it. So, I went to an 'All Natural' store and all these so-called natural products had that item in it. I was so elated to read Burt's Bees ingredients. I absolutely love the lip balm and can't wait for my starter kit to come. The price is unbelievable! I am very impressed with the ingredients in all the products. I am a woman, I want to be able to put lotion on and smell nice, without itching like crazy. Thank you so much for making something that I can use and like!

This set is great! For those who haven't tried any Burt's Bees products, this is one way to sample nine different products at a reasonable price. The apricot baby oil smells wonderful, the hand salve works well for protecting my dry, cracked skin, and the carrot creme and lemon butter cuticle creme are a treat to use (and also smell good enough to eat).

The Burt's Bees nine-piece kit would make a nice gift for someone you'd like to treat. All of the products smell very nice. I like the hand salve, but it's rather greasy and smells very strong. The other things have a lighter, more pleasant smell.

I've recommended several of these products from Burt's Bees to at least six of my friends. My personal favorites were the Coconut Foot Cream and the Beeswax Lip Balm. The lip balm is great because it's firm, but not Chapstick brand firm, which is like rubbing a candle on your lips. The Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme smells wonderful and feels even better! I didn't care much for the Bay Rum Exfoliating Soap. It was a bit rough on my sensitive skin and it smelled kind of bad. But all in all, the products are stupendous! Keep up the good work Burt's Bees!

This kit is a really great sampler of the Burt's Bees products. Many of the items have a very strong scent, some are even minty. I especially liked the Beeswax Lip Balm and Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme. This is a nice starter kit for someone looking to try the products out.

The orange essence facial cleanser is basically like rubbing orange scented oil all over your face. The oil does not rinse off. I had to use my regular cleanser to wash all that gunk off. Same with the orange peel exfoliater. What a mess! The dried orange peel chunks are of different sizes and some are really rough. Again, my face felt very oily after rinsing. The only products I liked were the mask, lip balm, and the foot cream. Everything else, I'm dumping.

My mom and sister like this a lot, so it's fast becoming a standard to throw this into whatever I'm getting them for birthdays or holidays. After they use up these travel-sized items, they continue to use the carrying bags for other things. My dad gets the Men's Grooming Kit that Burt's Bees also makes, of course. One word of warning, though: several of the included items contain lanolin, which can cause allergic reactions in some people, so be careful before you get this for someone you don't know well, and warn accordingly.

The starter kits are the perfect way to find out which of the great Burt's Bee's products you like. I've been afraid to try the hair bar and I don't personally like the citrus scrub, but everything else is good. I love the almond milk hand cream! The orange cleanser is a little oily at first, but if I give it a minute or two the oil absorbs and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. Everything in the kit smells great. The lemon oil is a fantastic moisturizer for the body. I love it.

This sampler kit is the perfect gift for the person who has everything, or the person you might not know that well. Nearly all products are unisex in nature (although the Bay Rum soap is from the men's line, and some men may not be interested in a clay mask), and they all smell great. Keep one of these on hand for the holiday season in case you need an "emergency" gift, but hope that you can keep it for yourself!

Having heard so much about Burt's Bees, I went ahead and bought this kit. Its been great fun 'pampering' myself and I still haven't even used everything yet. I'm very fond of the face wash and scrub and have bought more of the former already. I also quite liked the peppermint soap and even the peppermint shampoo bar! Both left me with a pleasant, minty, light fragrance. I use the cuticle cream and the lip balm every day and am saving the foot cream and hair conditioner for the winter months. The only products I did not care for were the Carrot Body Lotion and the Bath and Body Oil. The former has a pleasant, sweet and spicy scent, but was too strong for my tastes when used on my hands. And the body oil smells very strongly of lemon. Again, it was simply too much for my taste. However, both left my skin smooth and soft.
