SUGGESTED USAGE
1 CLEANSING FIBER-Take 1/2 hour before meal or 2 hours after meal. If you haven't used a Psyllium product before, we suggest starting slowly. On Day 1 begin with 3 capsules, twice daily, adding one additional capsule to each dosage per Day, building up to the suggested dose on Day 4.
2 THISTLE CLEANSE-Take between meals or 2 hrs after meals and separate from the Cleansing Fiber.
3 CLEANSING LAXATIVE-Take at bedtime.
