Anyone that thinks this gets you bigger is an idiot. If you have taken creatine and wanted to eliminate excess water, or want to define yourself, then take this product. If anything an improper diet taking this stuff will make you shrink in size. So I really do not get why there are about 5 messages from angry customers about not gaining muscle. Guess they can't read reviews very well.

You all are stupid... This product is for weight loss and fat loss... It is not to get you bigger... If you want to get bigger, try a Nitric Oxide product... My favorites are NoX2 (#1)... MRI- NO2 (#2)... and Nitrix(#3).... Glad if I helped...
