SUGGESTED USAGE
Pour 8 oz. of boiling water over one tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. In the evening, at the first signs of a cold's discomfort, drink 1-2 cups and then 1 cup every 3 hours until bedtime, not to exceed 8 cups in 24 hours. For maximum effect sip your tea slowly while inhaling the mentholated vapors of relief.
